All services provided, including but not limited to cyber security, data analytics, web development, app development, SEO optimization, digital marketing, website design, graphic design, video editing, product ads, UI/UX design, account handling, billing software, POS solutions, bulk SMS services, and article publishing, are subject to the specifications and limitations described on our website.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the successful delivery of services. Agrozone Technology is not liable for any delays or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made as per the agreed terms outlined in the service contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of services.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during the course of the service engagement.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the services provided remain with Agrozone Technology Pvt Ltd until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients will receive the rights to use the deliverables as specified in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability
Agrozone Technology Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Modification of Terms
Agrozone Technology reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
